As an athlete, I love exploring different forms of movement and constantly push myself to learn and grow, both physically and mentally. Whether it’s lifting heavy, hitting the trails, or trying a new sport, I thrive on variety and challenge. Being an athlete to me means staying open-minded, continuously seeking improvement, and always having fun along the way.

My coaching blends structured training from powerlifting with the adaptability of CrossFit. Expect personalized feedback, plenty of fun, and leaving each session feeling accomplished!

THE GREATEST LESSON YOU'VE LEARNED IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY. 

The greatest lesson I’ve learned is to leave your ego at the door and stay open to learning. True growth happens when you’re humble, curious, and willing to embrace challenges. By focusing on progress over comparison, you build resilience and adaptability. This mindset fuels improvement, not just in fitness, but in life, shaping you into a better athlete, coach, teammate, and person.
