If you’re a beginner, I’ll teach you from the ground up. If you’re experienced, I’ll teach you the little nuances to take you to the next level. Expect to get stronger, improve your technique, and a proper mixture of intensity and caring.

Be consistent. It doesn’t help to train 6 days in a row one week, then 1 day per week for the next two weeks. Know that results don’t come fast or easy. Lock in your training and nutrition and, as cliché as it sounds, trust the process. The difference between where you are and where you want to be is the amount of time and dedication you’re willing to put in.
