JOSH ADAMSON
DESCRIBE YOURSELF AS AN ATHLETE
Since I was 14 I have had a (healthy) obsession with fitness and pushing my body to extreme levels. I was never good or into playing sports growing up, I was more into playing drums and being involved in the music scene. But once I picked up a barbell I was immediately hooked. Since then I have traveled the world to research and learn the latest research about Bodybuilding, Crossfit and what I'm most passionate about Powerlifting. I am extremely competitive with myself and love to get fired up for a heavy lifting day.
WHAT CAN MEMBERS EXPECT IN YOUR CLASS / COACHING STYLE
When I'm coaching I like to make sure that people are performing moments safely and effictivly so ALL of the GAiNz will rain down upon them. But seriously, every class I make sure that everyone moves better than they did when they came in that day. I love House, Deep House, Electro House and aggressive Hip Hop to get a class fired up.
THE GREATEST LESSON YOU'VE LEARNED IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY.
Pain is temporary. Quitting last forever!
We have all gone through hard times and had to deal with tough situations. But nothing is harder than Fran or pulling a 615lbs Deadlift on new years eve!
