DESCRIBE YOURSELF AS AN ATHLETE

Much of my childhood was spent on a hockey rink or soccer field, having competed in both sports for over ten years. Since then, I have always found ways to remain active. Whether cycling, hiking, or playing squash and tennis, I have been driven by a competitive spirit and a love for all things fitness. I began CrossFit in 2020 and quickly fell in love with the community and how it has pushed me to become a better athlete and person.

WHAT CAN MEMBERS EXPECT IN YOUR CLASS / coaching style

I always want to ensure that everyone feels safe and welcome in my class. From beginners to more experienced athletes, I will encourage you to do your best, listen to your body and most importantly have some fun!

THE GREATEST LESSON YOU'VE LEARNED IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY. 

The greatest lesson I’ve learned in the fitness industry is that showing up is half the battle. Focusing on yourself, putting in the time, and being patient with your body are the keys to success.
