At Lift Corktown, we believe in the power of strength and community. As Toronto's top-rated group class gym, our mission is to help you achieve new levels of strength, health, and vitality—all while keeping things fun and inspiring! Our expertly designed programming combines Powerlifting and CrossFit methodologies to help you build strength safely and progressively.

Each class is led by one of Toronto's finest coaches, with a cap of 16 members to ensure that you get the dedicated attention and support you deserve. With classes running from 5:30am to 7:30pm, seven days a week, you'll always find a time that fits seamlessly into your day.

Want to work one-on-one? No problem! We also offer personal training.
